Wait. She didn’t want to live again. And if she refuses the deal and dies, they shouldn’t be able to claim her soul. She goes to heaven. Why would she take the deal then? Up to now, she wasn’t responsible for any of this. They can’t unfairly punish her for this mix up.
If she accepts and fails, she made a deal, so ok they can take her soul.
